Shipping policy
Regular supply orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days.
Holidays or special sales may delay shipping times, check our Facebook page if there is any longer wait times due to special events.
Exclusive wood designs are cut to order and may add another 2-3 days to your shipping time.
Please do not email us the the first week after placing your order regarding shipping.
We ship through USPS, and once it is dropped off, it is out of our hands. Please realize that USPS works hard to get your packages delivered in a timely manner.
If your order has NOT ARRIVED within 30 days of shipping, it is considered lost by USPS. Please contact me and we will discuss who will claim with USPS and how to get a replacement order to you. Email at sales@mixedillusions.com
